Direct Support Professional (DSP-TG) Part time position -Providing Home and Community Support as well as occasional Respite services for a young adult male in the Steele Creeke area. We are looking for an individual who is mature; self motivated and has great social skills. Candidate must have a HS Diploma/GED, valid Drivers License and clear criminal record. The Group Home Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the home as well as enhancing the lives of the individuals that live there. Duties include teaching independent living skills, supporting individual choice, managing the monthly household budget, documentation, and work a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off. Qualifications: At least 1 year supervisory experience in a Group Home setting, high School Diploma/GED, valid NC Drivers License with clean driving record.
Program Manager - Supervised Living-Residential Department This full time position manages and guides the Supervised Living Residential operations as well as maintains customer confidence and protects operations. Develops and implements Person Centered Plans. Investigating services and implementing recommendations as directed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, QP designation, experience in supervision and writing person centered plans. Case Manager This full time QP position in the targeted Case Management Department and is responsible for developing person centered plans and managing individual cases. Qualifications include 4- year degree in Human Services or related area and Case Management experience with DD and CAP-MR/DD populations. Knowledge of Weekend Relief Manager This part-time position is responsible for providing time off to the Group Home Manager every other weekend. Overnights are required. Shift: Friday 6pm – Sunday 6pm. Pay is $9/hr.Duties include supporting 3-6 females or males with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and community outings. Applicant must have High School Diploma/GED, valid Drivers License, and a clear criminal background. Experience in Human Services preferred. Part-Time Relief Manager This part-time position is responsible for providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Shift: Monday through Friday 9am-2pm, with some variation possible. Pay is $9/hr. Duties include supporting 3-6 females or males with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and community outings. Applicant must have High School Diploma/GED, valid Drivers License, and a clear criminal background. Experience in Human Services preferred. Manager’s Assistant This entry-level part-time position is responsible for providing support to the Group Home Manager. 8 to 12 hours per week and pay is $8/hr. Duties include supporting 3-6 females or males with daily living skills. Applicant must have High School Diploma/GED, valid Drivers License, and a clear criminal background. Transition Specialist This full time position will be responsible for meeting with families, teachers and students to provide school to life transition information; providing marketing transition services; participating in transition fair and other pertinent events; participating in IEP and transition planning, as appropriate; and building relationships with vocational rehabilitation counselors in the school unit.
