Duties include teaching independent living skills, supporting individual choice, managing the monthly household budget, documentation, and work a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off. $27k/year including room and board. Must have a high school diploma/GED and human services experience preferred. |
| Alternative Family Living | Responsible for total care of person with disability that will reside in your home. Contractor or Employee will provide supervision, complete required documentation, attend meetings, teach individual living skills, etc. Pay is based on the level of service provided. Must possess valid drivers license, High School Diploma or GED, human services experience is preferred. Consumer must have a separate bedroom. |
| Community Coach PT | Responsible for assisting consumers while attending various day activites in the community. Applicant will provide transportation to and from activities in a 15 passenger van. Must have a valid driver license, high school diploma or GED. This position is Part time, 20 hrs per week, $10/hr. |
