Community Inclusion Specialist (PT) This part-time position is responsible for maximizing the self determination and support efforts of individuals with disabilities by providing community support to customers residing in group homes. Duties include: advocating for individual rights, building social capital, coordinating community inclusion activities, and providing customers with supervision and transportation. Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED, One year of experience working with the special needs population, valid driver’s license, and ability maintain a safe driving record. Pay Rate: $10.50/hr., 15-29 hrs per week.
COMMUNITY GUIDE (PT) Part-time position working with individuals with disabilities in the Piedmont Behavioral Health network. Will provide supports, facilitate the development of natural/professional supports, and link individuals to community resources in Cabarrus, Rowan, Davidson, Union, and Stanly counties. Qualifications include HS diploma or GED, one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and community building. Supervisory experience is preferred. $12-$15/ hourly. Mileage is reimbursed for travel outside of county of residence.
Direct Support Professional (OO-LF): Part time position; $12/HR Support individual at Home and in the Community Support as well as occasional Respite services for a young adult male in the Pineville area. We are looking for an individual who is mature; self motivated and has great social skills. Candidate must have a HS Diploma/GED, valid Drivers License and clear criminal record. Weekend Relief Manager This part-time position is responsible for providing time off to the Group Home Manager every other weekend. Overnights are required. Shift: Friday 6pm – Sunday 6pm. Pay is $9/hr.Duties include supporting 3-6 females or males with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and community outings. Applicant must have High School Diploma/GED, valid Drivers License, and a clear criminal background. Experience in Human Services preferred.

Shift: Monday through Friday 9am-2pm, with some variation possible. Pay is $9/hr. Duties include supporting 3-6 females or males with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and community outings. Manager’s Assistant This entry-level part-time position is responsible for providing support to the Group Home Manager. 8 to 12 hours per week and pay is $8/hr.
