The Vocational Services programs connect employers with dedicated, dependable employees who have the appropriate skills and training. Adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness or a dual diagnosis may be eligible for this program. RSS tailors its services to meet the specific needs of each prospective employee.
The program provides vocational screening and assessment, job development, on-the-job training and long-term follow-along services to increase success and satisfaction for the employee and the employer. It creates winning situations by connecting individuals who can and want to work with employers who need dependable, contributing employees.
Transitional Services are provided for students graduating high school who need assistance with moving into the workforce.
